so that's probably a loophole.
If you tell those companies to stop calling and then they continue to call, then I'd guess you might have a case. Again, it's only a guess and I'm not good at guessing.

or have had an account with within a certain time frame (I can't remember what specifically) is allowed to call. So we get "courtesy calls" a few times a week.
