42. Calling it BBQ is

a little misleading. It's actually stir fry. You get a bowl and to it add what ever you like. Every thing's cut up . . . meat (beef, pork, chicken), any veggie imaginable, and then you add several ladles of sauces of your choice. There's many to choose from ranging from mild to spicy, and just aromatic.

Then it's cooks on the BBQ thingie. I'm sure it's got a name, but it alludes me right now. Maybe these pics can help explain it better.

add all the hot sauces and maybe a garlic one too. No particular plan, and my food always turns out great. Frankly, I don't think that there is any wrong way of doing Mongolian BBQ. Always yummy!
