I'm sick of Christmas already.

The tree isn't ready, the cookies aren't done, I haven't wrapped a single present and I'm already heartily sick of Christmas. This, I suppose, is the downside of working retail. Although, come to think of it, crappy pay, variable hours and dealing with crabby people all day are also downsides.

But the thing I'm really sad about is that I only want one thing and I won't be getting it. Again. Merry fucking Christmas to me. Sorry to be a downer, but I need to get that out before I have to go to work and smile. I'm not happy, Christmas blows, and I wish it were next week already.

I hope LK has a good one and that you both have a wonderful time together. In your estimation - which is worse - Christmas shoppers or the 'Returns' afterwards?
I'll be glad when the uproar is over with and the streets and parking lots get back to normal.
