10. Benefiber is the one that dissolves clearly in water, isn't it?
If I had to take it, that's what I'd go for. I wouldn't want anything thick or gritty.

found the need for fiber supplements.

17. Ahhhh what do doctors know?
Who needs chemicals? Seriously, my very conventional, lifelong-constipated mother couldn't get relief from any of those, but is a big fan of Three Ballerina Chinese tea. It's listed as a diet aid (appetite suppressant) but a little of it goes a long way toward cleaning you out. Now my mother, who used to turn her nose up at herbal remedies, Chinese treatments, and ayurveda, swears by the stuff.

To find, use the Google. I think I even saw it available through Amazon. (She got hers from a Chinese market in town.)
