I've never had to do this before. Oh, I have a sizeable Ignore list, to be sure, because I lose my temper too easily. But lately I can't predict when an otherwise inoffensive DUer will suddenly spew the most vile, hateful things. What on earth is going on? And during the holidays, no less. Is it my imagination?

Soon I'll see nothing but a blank screen when I log onto DU. :(

My thought: think of dealing with these people as an exercise in tact and an excuse to use your best diplomatic skills. Then you will view the bullshit as a chance for personal growth instead of what it is... bullshit.
