3. It's made a huge difference for me
About 95% reduction in symptoms, and believe me, there were many, and very severe. It was astounding.

Your skin gets softer, too. :-)

9. Wow, I'll have to check that out too.
Now if I could just find something to deal with night sweats and hot flashes. This "transitional stage" sucks! x(

16. A friend is going through
the same thing; mind you, she's a dozen years older than me. I'm dreading it...

If you have a chance - knowing your situation I don't know if it'll be soon - perhaps you might want to try visiting a good naturopath. (insurance often covers a percentage of naturopathic visits up here...don't know if it does down there). Some have had very good success...

7. I am concerned because of my health history
and my increased risk of breast cancer, that hormones are not the way to go in this case.

I will be over it in a day or so (I am just having the emotional roller coaster crap).

8. awww!
I know I should not complain, but man...even though outwardly things are good, I get the "depths of despair" when I am PMSing (and I am on a high dose of antidepressants to begin with).

11. premature menopause
I haven't had that to deal with in years.

I get moody, but that is cause of life and lack of sleep.

And you can complain all you like, that's what we are here for :pals:

If folks don't like it they can go jump in a lake! :)
