I was secular before it was a war crime.

The "Seinfeld" Festivus episode developed from series writer Dan O'Keefe's childhood experiences. His father invented the holiday in the 1960s.

Festivus, I got a lot of problems with you! You were funny when you first aired on "Seinfeld" nine years ago. For the next couple of years when people said, "I'm celebrating Festivus this year!"
