So Mr. Writer sets his alarm for 7:30 in the morning. |
|
He has flexible hours at work, so it's not imperative that he be there at a particular time. Still, when the alarm goes off, I get up because I'm a light sleeper. I have no place to go. I'm still groggy and half-tired. His clock radio continues to play for some time, though, but he fails to get up. He rolls around for another 60 to 90 minutes. Sometimes as long as two hours. I personally find it rather rude to wake your partner up like this but not get up yourself. (Why bother setting the alarm if you're not going to get up yourself?)
I don't know. I'm thinking of grabbing a frying pan and hiding it under my side of the bed. Any other suggestions?

that did some good... for about a month or so. Then he forgets about it, I suppose. So I have to remind him, and did this morning. But I tend not to be as patient then.
