9. I love love love
ham its one of my favorites and I don't like a spiral. I don't
think you can ruin a ham unless you cook it to long.

5. I did this glaze from Epicurious one time and it was yummy.
3/4 cup red currant jelly
6 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger

Whisk ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat until melted, about 1 minute.

I think I may have used less ginger. Seems like a lot.

of ginger. I was wondering if anyone ever glazed a ham with
Rum or bourbon? I know someone told me they did this.

11. I've never used booze myself, but I bet it would be good.
Here's a rum glaze from Epi:

For glaze
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 cup molasses (preferably mildly flavored)
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter

13. No, but I've used champagne
with brown sugar, cloves, pineapple and whatever else looked good on the spice shelf. (Fresh sage is also a plus)
