Foster kitten photos! (dialup warning)
Here they are at about 11 weeks. They are going to their permanent home on Tuesday! (The big brown cat is their Uncle Otis, one of my own, and the world's best foster uncle. :-))

Happy holidays, everyone!

1. there can never, ever be too many kitty threads
they look like a stray I feed. He's not very trusting, won't let me pet him yet, but we are making progress. :)

very cute kitties. thanks for this :)

2. good for you to help him--one of these two also was
fearful of petting for a long time--and look at them now! (ok, he still freaks out sometimes if you don't approach him the right way, but he is quite cuddly on his own terms!)

3. What cuties!
I always looked at the pics you posted before. Do they both go to the same home or will they be separated?

4. thank you--they are going to the same home
it's a nice young couple with no kids or other pets. They have spent hours with them already, so it will be the least stressful transition possible for the kittens.

9. Hi, it depends on the organization. Some have stricter rules or
require training. I do hope if you can, that you will do it. There is such a crying need for good foster homes.

The vet is testing for ringworm (we REALLY hope that is not what it is--and it takes a long time to get the culture results). The boys wrestle a lot so it may have resulted from an inadvertent scratch.

And yes, they are soft and such sweet little purring machines. Real lovies.

7. What sweet babies!
You must post more pics and then come on over and join us in the Pets Forum. We love all of the beasties there, too!

8. Two little boys?
Usually orange cats are male. I love that color, especially the light orange version on these kittens.

Great that they're both going to the same home!
