I, for one, am glad that the holidays come around *once* per year

I've been in the kitchen all day, baking cakes and cookies for Christmas. My American family demands European (where I'm from) delicacies, so I find myself making the most difficult baked goods known to man. I just finished the crown jewel: a *real* Sachertorte...or at least as real as I can make it, seeing as how the recipe is a closely-guarded secret.



Oh, and to top it off, it was 74 freaking degrees (?!!??) outside today, which made my kitchen even more unbearable.
