It's 2:45 AM and I just called the police to stop this loud music across the street |
|
I feel kind of bad about it but I swear the low bass makes me anxious - and it woke me up and now I can't sleep with that sound. Does anyone ever have that reaction to low bass? - like these kids that play the music that makes it feel as if the ground is moving?
I hope the police do not tell these people it was me that called. They say they won't but......well I did it once before; years ago for a different neighbor, (who has since moved) and right after my cat was shot in the face with a bee bee gun. He is OK, I just pulled it out and it didn't even break the skin but the guy obviously meant to hurt my cat.
I don't want to fight with my neighbors because that happened years ago and in another place and it was miserable.
Well thanks for the bitch. :)

1. I'm sorry you're awake |
|
since you'd rather be sleeping.
Yes, I dislike the low bass that is as much felt as heard. Very difficult to get back to sleep one it wakes me up.
Inconsiderate neighbors suck.
:hi:

2. Thanks. Maybe I'm not the only one that is bothered so I might be doing |
|
others a favor also. I is hard to believe that they don't know their music is wafting all over the place.

|
especially this late on Christmas night.
You are well within reason tonight.

4. Now they are yelping! They all must be drunk. And it has been an hour and so far no police! |
|
Now I am really getting pissed.

New Years is for drinking and loud music, not christmas, eggnog and carols. Hope the police show up. It's also good that your cat was alright, how cruel.

6. The last place I lived before I bought, I had that in spades ... |
|
It was a dead-end street and this latino family was next to me. They had no backyard, so their front yard was it. One had an SUV with a modified stereo system and he would open the back and play music. The bass would rattle my windows. I called the police on them a couple times and they would turn it down and a couple weeks later, do it again.
Good riddance to them.

we had one of our neighbors throw a Sundya night party until 2am, with very loud music and even louder and meaner people cursing out anyone who might have asked them to "please turn it down, we're all trying to sleep for work tomorrow" :-(
