Let the spirit of Sally Baron carry us on in 2004.
One last person of note that was lost in 2003. Sally Baron, a fine wife, mother and grandmother who helped work for every penny she had (and obviously another reason she had nothing in common with the dim son). I love this lady and will never forget her.

"She'd always watch CNN, C-SPAN, and you know, she'd just swear at the TV and say
'Oh, Bush, he's such a whistle ass!' She'd just get so mad," Bettilyon said."

These are the words of Maureen Bettilyon, whose mother, Sally Baron, died
on August 18 at the age of 71. When asked what if there was a cause to
which people could contribute in Sally's honor, her children decided to include
these words in her obituary:

"Memorials in her honor can be made to any organization working for the removal of President Bush."

Never forget Sally Baron. We should all follow her spirit and defeat the squatter in 2004, even if our candidate of choice is not the one to do it.

2. I am so proud of her kids for memorializing her like this and allowing

3. Hooray for Sally Baron
That was a satisfying episode on DU. We really helped publicize her story.

And now there have been two more similar obits. Gertrude Johnson in Tennessee and a man somewhere else (sorry I forgot his name).
