I think this is my favorite day of the year. We had 30 relatives and friends over yesterday. Now, we get to relax and eat all that great leftover food! Did everybody have a good Christmas?

Christmas Eve, so we did. Which left today wide open to kick back, sleep in, vegetate, eat some more, hang out, and just have a really nice day. My daughter's boyfriend was here all evening yesterday (we had some stuff for him under the tree, too) and then was back by early afternoon. My son slept in and then resumed writing songs. I went to Mass at 7:30am to keep my Catholic guilt in check, and then came home and went back to bed. Just a really nice, quiet, mellow day with NO obligations whatsoever, for a change. Just WONDERFUL!!! Perhaps the best Christmas EVER. And I needed it.

Heading to Mexico with the family for 10 days, so will be non-computer for a while.
