That's it. I thought I'd post the most boring Lounge post of the day.

5. Nah...your post displays productivity.
Mine is just a boring plug for me, Kenneth Cole and Ebay. :-)

I hope you had a good holiday, also.

7. Kev and I are both fans of Kenneth Cole leather goods
but I'll be honest I've never bid on or even used Ebay. I guess I'm afraid I'll get addicted. :D

9. Oh, is ebay addictive.
On the other hand, I've vastly added to my DVD collection thanks to ebay. :-)

10. There's nothing wrong with being slothful.
I'm just glad here Christmas is over and the normal routine kicked in again. :)

11. Me too.
Weirdly enough, there's not as much as a Christmas letdown this year as before.

Of course, New Years Eve is coming up. :-)

12. Overall, I do enjoy the holiday season,
but sitting for three hours at a table waiting for a coffee ... I guess I get old and antisocial. :)

I don't think we would have it anymore if it weren't for the kids. Heidi and I opened our gifts on the 24th, and this was nice. I guess I really enjoy the 'silent' part in 'silent night.' No snow, though. Usually we always have snow around this time, but even the mountains are hardly covered, nor is my pond frozen yet.

13. I hear ya
Christmas really isn't as much of a event for adults. Not compared to kids. I do have memories when I just couldn't wait until Christmas. Time seemed to stand still for me. ;-)

I, of course, will be still doing my recently annual "stay at home on New Years Eve because I don't want to spend a huge cover charge to hang out with what seems like thousands of other people" New Years Eve. :-)

14. I have seen too many New Years that I really celebrate it.
And the thought of hanging out with a crowd until after midnight has lost its appeal a long time ago. I probably overdid this stuff when I was young; but looking back, it's somewhat funny. We thought we were cool, but always ended up in the same restaurants/bars, ordering the same stuff, having the same conversations, visiting the same galleries where the same artists displayed the same work ... Perhaps that's not so obvious living in a big city. But it gets real obvious in retrospective.
