We can play some ball on the West Coast
Although California is my adopted home, and I'm a long time UM Canes fan, I must say I'm happy for the Trojans. For a West Coast college team to get any respect, they really have to do something impressive, and SC's thumping of Michigan was about as impressive as it could have been.

Pete Carroll has resuscitated a storied program that had fallen on hard times, and turned it back into a national power. As long as he's there, SC will be locking up the top recruits in California. My only question is, how long will they be able to keep Norm Chow. Come what may though, the Trojans will definitely be the team to beat next season.

P.S. The 2001 Miami Hurricanes were the greatest college team ever

(Just had to throw that in!)

1. Yes you can.
I thought USC should've had a shot at the title last year already the way they looked in the Orange Bowl.
