She's not the new companion. She was only on for the Xmas special.

She was terrific though. The best thing about a somewhat so so episode, IMO.

7. I have a DVD-R intransit from the UK...

and by the end of the week, I'll have a nice NTSC disc with "The Runaway Bride", "Confidential" and the "Children in Need Concert" (i've got the PAL>NTSC conversion down to a fine science). I'll have a TORCHWOOD set done next week....

first came on in '63, and came back from the break in 2005.... so.... almost 40 years!

Then finally patience was rewarded quite handsomely.

I got a Sonic Screwdriver LED torch for christmas, and my husband got a USB hub that looks like a Tardis. Too cool.
