i haven't been in new york since last summer....and i remember a couple good cheap places to go to but i want to go to new places...anybody? my budget is thisbig

and Washington Square Park. That's the NYU neighborhood. Lots of good food in a student price range. :)
I'm hanging out with a friend and her two kids on Staten Island. It's game night. I'm teaching the kids how to play Magic, the Addiction. :P

you'll find many cheap eats.
If you want want to go REALLY cheap, try the East Village.
Second Ave, and east of Second. Very cheap, and very delicious places to eat all over.
