Why is it called 'Spirograph', and how is it relevant to Spiro Agnew?

4. Oh. My. God.

I forgot what the name of them was but we used to play with them til the cows came home. That must have been sooooooooooo annoying to the adults around us...kind of like those little hand-clapping games young girls play...wow, there is actually a wiki link on them:
