Have you decided what your New Years Resolution(s) will be? |

Mine is to get my ass into the gym and STICK to it. A very good friend of mine lost about 40lbs and I'm happy for him, but I want to have the same kind of discipline in my fitness goals.

I'll be full-time for the first time in years, and I'm a wee bit scared. I sure hope my kids are cooperative and patient- I'll be in the den doing homework a whole lot.

1) Recover the shape and muscle tone I had three years ago. 2) Stop interrupting people. I have this habit and it's a horrible one. 3) Finish my classes and get a job. 4) Reclaim some of the hobbies I've let go of the past few years. 5) Learn how to be happy by myself, or at least how to be stronger.
