Have you decided what your New Years Resolution(s) will be?
Mine is to get my ass into the gym and STICK to it. A very good friend of mine lost about 40lbs and I'm happy for him, but I want to have the same kind of discipline in my fitness goals.

3. the lids don't ALWAYS have to be put back on right after you take a drink
out of the bottle, and every once in a while it's okay not to use a coaster.

That will be my new mantra.

Kinda makes the other people in this thread look like lightweights, huh?

4. Survive the next semester of school and keep my gpa intact.
I'll be full-time for the first time in years, and I'm a wee bit scared. I sure hope my kids are cooperative and patient- I'll be in the den doing homework a whole lot.

5. Quit smoking, excercise, GRE prep and apply for grad school.
Smokes are going up by $1 per pack here, so I figure it's time.

6. what are they up to now, $27.95 a pack?
That's one reason that keeps me from starting again, I'd have to turn tricks or something to afford them anymore.

7. Going to the gym, enhancing skills, getting a lover
I can deal with 2 out of 3 if it allows me to prosper. People don't and shouldn't need one another to survive.

8. I have several.
1) Recover the shape and muscle tone I had three years ago.
2) Stop interrupting people. I have this habit and it's a horrible one.
3) Finish my classes and get a job.
4) Reclaim some of the hobbies I've let go of the past few years.
5) Learn how to be happy by myself, or at least how to be stronger.
