2. OK. I'm pretty sure that one is in the binder
Grab a little pencil write it on a slip and turn that one in. Will you be performing under your own name or do you use a stage name?

6. I'll be sure to do a good throat clear before the "Tin roof! Rusted!" yell.
Yee ha!

I've also been known to bust out "Give Me One Reason To Stay Here" by Tracy Chapman.

If I drink enough, I will be singing David Allen Coe, as I usually end up right before I lose my footing.

13. Whenever I'm at a karaoke bar and I get drunk enough...
I sing either "Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond, "Suspicious Minds" by Elvis or "Rainy Day Women" by Bob Dylan, depending on what the crowd's like and what mood I'm in.

Dude, I would never even attempt to do songs that have that much wailing.

I mean, "Immigrant Song"?! Seriously?

You've got balls o' steel.

21. Karaoke rap can be difficult
Edited on Fri Dec-29-06 01:25 PM by Strawman
One of the best performances I've ever seen at a karaoke bar is a woman who did Rapper's Delight by the Sugarhill Gang by herself for 8 minutes or however long it is.
