I'm recovering from having been over-served last night and I'm trying to figure out how to get out of going to meet a friend for her birthday. I'm feeling way to bad to even consider going out again.
Loved Little Miss Sunshine. One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. And a friend of mine worked on it.

4. I want wireless internet for home.... |
|
but have no idea how to do it. And I am a computer dunce.
Oh, I also want a laptop. That'll be the next upgrade. Just got a 19-inch flat-panel monitor today. Haven't set it up yet. Tomorrow....

5. I got my laptop from the 'rents on my 50th birthday |
|
Moral: You're never too old to get good stuff from your parents.
GAOT, I'm a dunce too, but all you need is a cable modem and a wireless router which cost $50 and is way easy to install.

6. Too late to get anything from my parents.... |

:( I must buy one for myself. Of course, it could be from the money left to me. Which is still in my mother's CD. Which we have not yet divided.
Even my computer genius brother-in-law had no clue that he could set up a wireless system until someone else told him recently. My jaw dropped.
On edit: And I have DSL. Does that make a difference?

and me and my boyfriend are going to cuddle on the couch under a blanket and watch Pirates of the Caribbean 2 while eating fresh chocolate covered strawberries from Godiva.
It's going to be a lovely evening.
Edit to add about the strawberries! Very important. lol
