Just made an awesome nacho topping for the party tonight
Roast chicken, pulsed in the food processor.
One Red Onion Chopped fine
Jalapenos Chopped
Jalapeno Jack Cheese
3 tablespoons salsa
Salt and Pepper
Chili Powder
Juice of one Lime
Several dashes of my favorite Habenero sauce

I put a spoon on top of each big corn chip and tested it out, and yum.
