just would rather spend NYE at home with my husband.

my neighbors will likely light the neighborhood up like a scene from "Apocalypse, Now" AND I have a ton 'o packing to do, anyway.

4 age 13+ foster kids, my sister and her kids, Mom and Dad, 1 dog.

We are having the official end of the year skipbo tournament plus 2 of the foster kids, my dad and my husband are going to finally finish that game of Monopoly they started 3 months ago. The winner has to take all the losers for a game of mini-golf at some later date.

We splurged big time. Mom is bringing some cold shrimp. Sister is bringing her pizzas on english muffins thing that everyone likes. And I busted the budget on fresh grapes which we have not been able to afford all year.

Despite the fact that I caught a cold from all the little 4 and under germ factories jumping on me during Christmas. Lots of rugrats and ankle biters in my family.

I guess I'll just have to drowned those little viruses in alcohol.
