How does one find easter eggs on DVDs?

I found one on a Diana Krall CD merely because the CD played an extra track that wasn't on the playlist. (Is that even an easter egg?)

I'm frustrated because I've heard there are all kinds of easter eggs on "Finding Nemo" and I don't know how to find them. Help?

On edit: I just did a Google search for Finding Nemo Easter eggs. You could probably do the same for whatever other movies you wanted.
