I hung out here in the lounge for the last 2 days, and it's been a real pleasure.

I have to get back to normal life, which means lurking a lot and only posting when I have time to type, but I think you all deserve a :toast: because, well frankly everyone at DU, :yourock:

37. Back from my leftovers from the indian dinner last night

And, as is the theme over the past few days, it was meatless.

But LOADED with butter. Verrrryyy tastey.

If anyone knows how to make those tomato-ey, buttery sauces I'd love
to find out. Every time I try it's a flop.

We have the BEST Indian restaurant here.

I make a good rogan-josh, and also do good stuff with red lentils, but that tomato-ey buttery sauce still eludes me, after trying many recipies from library books.

I've never made a tomato-ey, buttery sauce. But I did create a delicious dinner tonight, which I decided to call Cheesy Potato Sausage Bake. Had some Velveeta and turkey sausage hanging around that needed to be disposed of somehow.
