When I met Jeb Bush

I grew up in Greater Miami, and Jeb Bush came to my high school whilst campaigning for the governorship. So he's in my AP Gov't Class talking a lot of blah-blah, then he asks--trying to be thoughtful, you know--what everyone's favorite amendment is.

My hand shoots up: "The twenty first: It repealed prohibition!"

He didn't look happy.

(I've also met Bob Graham on a high school visit, and he was much nicer. Extremely sharp and charming.)
