In seriousnss though, society wants us to watch tv because of the commercials. Gotta get us to buy everything. The jury is out in terms of the frivolousness of the case...

4. You have got to be kidding.

Should we see Sony sued next because the Playstation 2 is deemed addictive. I'm for suing the developers/owners of this site by anyone who has over 1000 posts, clearly they cannot help themselves.
