3. I can't believe how real those people are and so like so many I've
known in my life (I live in Texas, of course). I was so susprised to find that others find this so funny. It's a great show.

5. I like it a lot
Own the first 2 seasons on DVD.

Haven't seen the show much in recent years, thanks to lack of decent TV reception where I live. Is it still as good as it was back when it started?

10. Peggy Hill - Boogle Champ
Hank: No, you aren't going to Dallas and that is final. There's nothing there but drug fiends and sex offenders - And thats just the football team.

OK, my memory ain't what it used to be, but that was the gist...

11. I love that show!
I liked the one when Bobby was getting beat up and the only self-defense class he could get into was the women's class. Then whenever someone attacked him he kicked them in the balls. lol

13. It reminds me too much of the time we lived in Houston.
I like it, but it's bittersweet.

It's funny, but in a "Wow. I used to know somebody like that" kinda way.

15. Peggy
I love the show except that Peggy has become such an annoying know-it-all over the past few years.

16. A bunch of us ex-patriots
from Texas used to get together and watch the show every Sunday night. Every Texan in Las Vegas was crowded into the apartment, and non-Texans just didn't.quite.get.it.

19. Such a great show!
I work at the IRS here in Austin at night, and the local affiliate runs an hour of it every night. The data transcribers are often listening to it on their headphones, all laughing at the same time.

While I am relatively new to Texas, I get a lot of the humor. And I've met a ton of Dales, hehe..

20. Those people are ALL real!
My sister-in-law looks like Peggy Hill and her husband talks just like Boomhauer. Arlen, Texas, exists somewhere in real life--and it ain't too far away!
