You're just like Paul (my SO). He can fall asleep standing up if I let him.

Me? I'm darn lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep a day (and it's not always GOOD sleep, either...)

I haven't always been this way... I've had my bouts with insomnia and not being able to easily fall asleep. It's really frustrating, I know.

I take no medications, and can sleep anywhere, anytime. There's something in my brain that instantly agrees when I tell it I'm sleepy. I NEVER have a problem sleeping.

7. Falling asleep is easy for me...

it's staying asleep or getting enough sleep that's the hard part. I max out at 5 hours regardless of how tired I am. When I wake up, that's it, I'm up!

and tough to stay asleep...It's a post-holiday pattern (have been here before), and it'll fizzle out as the days get longer...
