Texas, MO, LA and GA all have excellent, distinctive BBQ's. Right now, however, I'm feeling like Texas Ribs and beans.
BTW...you haven't had nuthin till you've had BBQ dried squid and Singha beer on the streets of Khorat, Thailand.

Try BBQed andouillette in Dijon - no, the US (whatever style) BBQ is the best.
