Roll call: how many football fans are there at DU?

Football fan #1 checking in here. I'm not even that nervous about the Eagles game, because I'm excited about what Gibbs might bring to my other favorite team, The Redskins.

1. Not a fan in the strictest sense meaning "someone who actually cares"

But I enjoy watching it, especially when the Packers are playing. For me, I just like the sport itself - fascinating game to watch - and don't really care who wins and who loses. But if it's on the TV, I'll pretty much stop and watch it. Other sports I won't watch at all, except maybe golf once in a while, or soccer when it's playing at the laundromat.

You will see no sports related memorabilia in my possession, except a pair of Packers slipper-socks that my mother gave me years ago that I use as the storage bag for my magnetic Hebrew Alphabet.

So I don't know if that makes me a fan or not. Football's about the only sport I find interesting, but yet, I don't really care, my frequent insults to the Eagles and Bears notwithstanding.
