So, Verizon has this 'FIOS' T.V.
We used to have DIRECT-TV; we had it for years.

For the last couple, we've had DISH, and I've been happy, because I have FreeSpeechTV and WorldLink.

On the other hand, 'on demand' on DISH - isn't really 'on demand.' You pay a fee, and have 24-hours to see the movie. Only a few movies are available.

Supposedly, on the Verizon system, you can order a movie, anytime, from a library of 'thousands.'

Plus, it has a kids' channel my kid likes, and C-SPAN-3.

We are considering switching. We're out here in SoCal. Thoughts?

We have the high-speed internet service; Webmaster Hubby loves it.

Thoughts? Experiences?

4. One of the satellite companies is owned by Murdoch -
we switched from DIRECT-TV because of that. The other one was owed by another rightie, but DISH may have been bought by ATT/Verizon. I'm researching that. And there's Verizon. No good choices, I guess.

We may stay with DISH for awhile.

Thanks for the input.
