So you think there will be riots if bush blatantly steals the election again? I think there might be in the area where people were denied their basic right to vote esp. if it happened in flordia again.

I can't believe there weren't any riots the first time. Then again, we didn't have riots in the Great Depression, even though some of that time had tremendous wealth. It just aint in us. Whatever happens, we (as a people) will accept without a fight.

3. Please put away the hyperbole....like it or not, it wasn't "stolen"..... |
|
it went through the constitutional process. There's no guarantee that the "popular vote" count is going to dictate the winner in every presidential election...your hyperbole discredits all of us.

4. The debate isn't about the popular vote |
|
The problem most dems have is with the way the Supreme Court behaved in the process.

I think it all boiled down to what sort of challenge the Gore team posted. If I am not mistaken, had the count been conducted in the manner in which the Gore team wanted, Bush would have won Florida. Unfortunately, it had a lot to do with careless voting. How else would Pat Buchanan won a largely Jewish precinct?

7. It isn't "Hyperbole"... |
|
...to insist that for the Supreme Court to invalidate a recount in progress with a "decision" that is not subject to being a precident.
Bush is NOT an elected president, no matter what ANYONE says.
