I suppose I should just get up and look it up. I remember when I visited Finland, their president had just died and the nation was in mourning. Whatever kind of government that you're grappling with, it has to be better than here. We are subject to an unelected squatter-in-chief and are at each other's throats, trying to determine his successor. Tell more about the foreign minister. I, for one, need to be more educated on foreign politics.:-)
