And now that I'm back in Toronto, I'm so bored I have lost track of things. As for the Rox, I kind of gave up on them in 2001 after yet another mid-June collapse. I mean, I hope they win the pennant, but honestly I don't count on it anymore :)

I did attend the second game ever played at Coors field, though.

The Rox will win as soon as the Monfort bandits cede control of the team to my mom, who could out-general-manage them any day of the week. After all, she reads the sports page and has realized that most of the players the Monforts trade away end up playing on better teams, and the people we get in return come here and suck. I don't think Rox "management" even knows what a glove is for. So, that's for starters.

Secondly, Cubs? Whatever. Did you all stone that guy who caught the foul ball in 2004 yet? I think that's your new curse.

My thoughts on the University of Chicago are that I've never seen so many people on a college campus *not* talking to each other and that they need to stop bragging about their library and come check out Robarts at the U. of Toronto which is way, way bigger. You'd think they've never seen the giant peacock on Hoskin and St. George before. Let's compare:
