His hideous, condescending smirk
OK, I came across this phrase while reading a GD thread started by webster_green about Bush's "peculiar" behavior during his press conference in Mexico yesterday.

The expression his "hideous, condescending smirk" gave me an idea (I'm good at thinking up work for other people).

Wouldn't it make a great video project to assemble 15 or 20 news video clips of Bush making a statement -- on whatever -- and then ending with his hideous, condescending smirk?

I think a string of smirks in succession would be mucho revealing.

1. Kick
I'd love to see it. I hope someone does something exactly like what you described. As hideous and nauseating as it could be... it would still be worthwhile.
