My mother and i were watching the news and when they showed bush again he looked very bad with a red blotchy face my mother said that he looked like a boozehound and that even cheney looked better than him.

He never stopped, or at least he gets his alcohol from somewhere. I posted about this around Christmas, 2 years ago. Good Morning America did a story about the White House chef and they showed Bush's favorite dessert. It involved lots of wine that was NOT cooked off.
