I have a technical question about logging in...

... I am in a public library right now at school, and when I logged in to post a message, I accidently clicked 'yes' when it said if the computer wanted to remember my password the next time I logged in... Is there anyway to un-do this?

1. tell the network administrator

he can clear that password out, most likely remotely. they may even have protections that don't allow it even though it looks like it did. one thing you could do to ease your mind is check and see if it actually took it and remembered it by logging in again. if it did remember it you should contact the helpdesk.

2. go to DU's home page

not the forum listing page, but the actual home page, and click on the logout option top right - then I think if you try to log in again, it will ask you for name/pass again and you'll be able to uncheck it.
