I am only posting this to avoid the treadmill. Ask me anything (please!). |

I'm on a pretty intensive training schedule...45 minutes on the treadmill everyday, and a combined stairmaster/circuit weight training routine every other day.
I'm just sick of it...and still f***ing paunchy!

5. wow, that's quite a schedule. |
|
Maybe you should take a day off. It'll reenergize you.
Just don't take that time off at the fast-food joint. ;)

I'm on much the same routine, and getting to the gym every day is the hardest part. Once I'm there, I enjoy the workout. And so will go -- GET GOING! :-)

6. What is the meaning of life? |

That should keep you from the treadmill for a few minutes. :)

8. Nope...that just made the treadmill more appealing. |
|
Damn sneaky, using reverse psychology like that!
Back later...

Exercise is fun. Get a discman and listen to your favorite music. Go for it!

That wasn't so bad...
Discman be damned...we have TV/VCR combo mounted in front of the treadmill. I watched the last 45 minites of "SE7EN". Mmmm...closure-ific!

14. I had my husband build me a 'pulpit' |
|
in front of our treadmill - and I put my son's old Mac laptop there. That way I can check in on DU every morning - I do 40 minutes, and usually the overnight posters have provided enough entertainment to make the time pass pretty quickly.
I also have the tv/vcr, but usually that's not nearly as entertaining!
Now, if I actually post first thing in the morning, that means that someone got me pissed off enough that I actually stepped off the treadmill in order to type, because I can't reach the keyboard well enough to type and walk at the same time.
