Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf for dinner tonight.
i made this on Oscar night and if was so good, bacon and cheese smashed potato's to go with and then boston creme pie for dessert.

5. she kind of makes for it with the bacon. I made some brownies from her show
they had a pound of butter in them, dear god they were to die for.

i use the thick cut and use about 7 slices and then i use the other 3 in the potato's.

10. It's threads like this that really make me appreciate the ole' bookmark feature
I do believe I will attempt this sometime this week, and I have all the ingredients for it ( except the ground chuck ).

My favorite recipe from her is: Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding

I used Nilla wafers instead of the cookies, and it worked just fine. The recipe makes for a lots of the pudding, and since I was a college student at the time living away from home, I was the only one to eat it :evilgrin:
