One way or the other this seems likely to stop future DOS
& deter others from participating in them.
Anyone found to be involved in a DOS will upon conviction &
" FOREVER thereafter " be become Denied Of Service. They will not be allowed to have any electronic communication device of any type.
No Phone, no cell phone, no sat phone, no phone card, no pager,
no computer, no fax, no gps, no pda, no internet service, no cable,
no dish, a tag on thier driver's license so they never get a warning always a ticket and they are added to the No Fly list.
