Anyone going to Des Moines Friday or Saturday?

A small number of people have who are going to be in DM this weekend expressed interest in meeting up somewhere but the thread got lost in the GD2004 primary shutdown.
The Spaghetti Works restaurant located downtown was mentionned as a possible site and also the Iowa Machine Shed, which is just north of town I believe.
If anyone is interested in meeting up post here or pm me, I'm not in Des Moines at the moment but can still help coordinate this.

Booberdawg and Wealth and Democracy can also be contacted if you know how to reach them since they are very curious about this and will be coming in from out of town.

Booberdawg just contacted me and said Will Pitt will fly into Des Moines at 9:00 Friday night and she has his cell number.

Will can meet with us Friday night and then will be busy with the Kucinich campaign until Sunday night.

Terry, why don't you just decide on which place to meet so plans can be made since there is not much time left.

I've heard there are all kinds of events going on throughout the weekend and I'm sure a few of the candidates will be stopping in.

I would love to run into a Fox reporter doing some shill job somewhere. how cool would that be? we could bum rush them and give 'em hell on the air!!
