Ooh! Ooh! Tonight I lifted 70LB weights for a few minutes!
My arms liked it.

My knees hated it. And they are still reminding me to do lifting from a sitting position next time.

Tomorrow, at 5AM, should I go out for a mile jog? :D

I used dumbbells for curls too.

Maybe I'll have a love to share them with one day too. :)

he weighs 90 lbs, lol. i've never tried weights heavier than 10lbs though - just people :rofl:
