I just woke up after sleeping 20 hours.

I got no sleep over the weekend, grading tons of papers, writing final lectures, and some stuff has been going on with a family member--let's just say it's been high-stress. Fight or flight alarm on all weekend, I guess you could say. Taxing on the system.

I have NEVER slept 20 hours. I feel woozy and kinda disoriented today.

Have you ever slept like this? What led up to your sleeping spree?

Our son did that once. He came home from a month at summer camp, settled into his hammock chair and slept for about 8 hours, we woke him up for dinner but he just crawled into bed and slept until the next morning.
