Is Cheney in L. A. today?

I just heard a bunch of sirens and looked out the window and there was a caravan with a limo and the famous black SUV behind it going towards LAX (I'm about 1 1/2 miles north of it).

For some reason I'm thinking Cheney is in town? Does anyone know ?
