Why do dogs like to stick their heads out of moving car windows yet they don't like it when you blow in their in face?

1. That's an easy one.
They have very sensitive noses. The wind has so many different smells it is enjoyable. When someone is blowing in their face all they smell is the halitosis and garlic.

2. Sounds reasonable - I guess the feeling is mutual
I like the smell of the breeze and know I don't like when dogs breathe/pant in my face either - the milkbone breath.

(btw, I do like both dogs and cats - and critters of all sorts, just have mostly had cats)

dog imitate "teenagers in love" (you're back, you were gone and now you are back. I love you. I miss you. You're here. With me. I love you - Do you love me? I love you).
