Why does it take 3 days to get a pin number for FAFSA applications?
Why do I have to type the social security number, name and birthdates on two seperate pages? If I have the social security number, why do I need a pin numnber? Why is so much information blocked out as I type so I have to guess whether or not I typed it properly? Why do I need a seperate Pin number, a code name and social security number to fill out the application for state aid? the state block out different information as I typpe, but leave the social security number open? Why do I have to fill out a sepserate form for easch kid instead of a single form listing each kid?

1. Because they delight in making your life as miserable as they possibly can...
then they sit back and cackle about it.

I know...I've been dealing with the same thing. I fought and fought the FAFSA thingie -- then found out I already HAVE a fucking PIN.

Yeesh. Now I've gotta wait 24 hours for them to e-mail me a duplicate.
