You do realize that the accident set off a flurry of calls for addressing America's vulnerability to terrorist attacks using the same "weapon," and calls for banning all felons from commercial trucking licenses (the driver has a criminal record but nothing recent enough or serious enough to deny him a trucking license in CA.)
