OMG - Tampa Bay Devil Rays tix START at $15???
Not to cast aspersions on Devil Rays fans, but that seems a bit steep for a team that would be more competitive down at AAA.

1. AND you have to watch baseball indoors, which is a crime against nature.
No offense as I know you are a Twins fan. :P

2. Hey, I don't like the Metrodome.
I used to go to games at the old Metropolitan Stadium.

I guess the Twins are going to get a new ball park around 2010.

3. Good for you, and the Twins!
May their first season in the new park be as good as the Cardinals' last year. This year, though... x(

6. I see!
I am watching the Twins versus the Devil Rays right now. I can't get the Minnesota feed, so I have all the D-Rays commercials, etc. There are like 5 people in the stands.

8. I'd be surprised
if I could get any seat in any MLB yard for as little as $15 anymore.

Well, wait. You can get a nosebleed at Dodger Stadium for as little as $4. But that yard was paid off years ago.

9. The Twins have nosebleeds for $7
Family section (no beer sold or consumed) for $12

And some pretty decent seats for $19-20 depending upon where they are.

for non-premium games.

No click-for-view, though. x(

I bought some behind home plate in 'Stop Calling It Enron FIeld', way up top, for $13.00.

Of course you have to watch the Astros. But, hey, they're the closest MLB team, edging out the Rangers. In fact, I'm seeing the Rangers play the Astros. The things I'll do to see some MLB. :P

My husband is getting tickets for me to see the Twins at Angels for one of the two times the Twins are in Anaheim this year (not sure if we are getting the weekday series or the weekend series).

:D

Now I want to just buy Cardinals tickets and go see the new park. I also thought about Mariners tickets for one of my many trips that way, but no dice...no home games that match my trips. x(

23. Much better than the old park.
When they finally put in grass and made the old Busch baseball only, that helped a lot, but the new place looks like a REAL ballpark.

I have been to the Metrodome (obviously)
Met Stadium (where the Twins used to play)
Wrigley Field
Dodger Stadium
Angel Stadium

We are planning a trip down to San Diego to watch the dads this summer.

36. Toronto Blue Jays upper ring for $9, two bucks on Tuesday
However, I've got to say they're actually good seats. If you get a place in the first eight rows of the upper deck right over the plate, you're better off there than 25 rows up in the first deck on a baseline, IMHO. When the dome's open, Rogers Centre (formerly Skydome) isn't a bad place to watch a game. The fans are kinda loopy though.

30. You think that's bad, the cheapest Angels tickets are $25
Before they won the series in '02, you could get really cheap, great seats. Now the great seats run between $45 - $50.

We were View level on the right field side - one of the last sections before the drop off for the bleachers.

33. Upper Deck is $8
Just went to a game last night. The one you probably looked at was for "prime" games (Yanks, Red Sox,etc). They charge more to see the real good teams.

Nice gimmick to get fans in eh? :wtf:

40. The Tigers (Comerica) have seats (well standing room) as low as $5
We sit in the Pepsi bleachers (which are seats with backs in right field behind Wannab's beloved Magglio) for $10. They were $8 last year, but it's still worth it. We sit right at the wall.
